My balance has not updated

When you make a transaction, either sending from MoneyButton or sending to MoneyButton (from another wallet).  There is a chance that even after the transaction has been confirmed on-chain, your balance does not update or you cannot see that transaction in your history tab.


You can now manually ask MoneyButton to pull a confirmed transaction into your wallet.  Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to MoneyButton
  2. Click on History
  3. Click on "Are you missing a transaction?" (
  4. Enter the transaction ID or hash directly from the blockchain explorer that you are using (whatsonchain, blockchair, etc...).  Your transaction ID/hash will be 64 characters, similar to this 8e8a9f1dc08d675638398eb079098863da64db06a30d0eacab2ea9a88cb70c84
  5. This will check the blockchain and validate the transaction is meant for your wallet and it will automatically add it to your MoneyButton wallet.
