We can close your account, but before we proceed we need to warn you about a few things:
- Please remove all the money from your Money Button account or backup your wallet seed/mnemonic. Once your account is closed you will not be able to access your funds from Money Button.
- Money Button is a non-custodial wallet. This means that you are the owner of your keys, and that you can receive transactions to your keys even without Money Button. This is important, because you might receive more transactions to your wallet in the future, but that's not related to our services.
- Lastly, all your paymails are going to be deleted.
